When you connect two gateways through IP to IP in the same network, they can work normally. if you hope to put them in the different networks, you need to do the below settings:

1. we need to open the sip and rtp port in the router.

2. please input the public IP of your router here:

If your router is using the static public IP, you can refer to the below setting:

If your router is using the domain name, you can refer to the below setting:

After that, we need to set the update time of domain name like this:

We need to login the web page of gateway firstly, and input the command http://x.x.x.x/xml?method=gw.config.set&id518=300
, here x.x.x.x is the IP address of gateway, 300 means the update time of domain name is 300s.
