With the design concept of "visual operation, simple buttons, rich functions, gorgeous sound quality experience, exquisite details, and innovative appearance", A16 is an entry-level high-end business phone with 3 SIP accounts specially created for office workers. It has a full-view dot matrix black and white screen, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, and PoE power supply. Its "3W speaker's large sound cavity hands-free, five-party conference, higher-level ZRTP encryption method, fine workmanship and innovative appearance" features are even more prominent in entry-level phones.
